I hereby undertake that I have logged using my own login credentials and I understand that I am responsible for all acts and omissions, if any, done using my credentials, including but not limited to the product recommended to a prospect basis the information collected and the Benefit Illustration details explained to the prospect w.r.t. the selected product. I also understand and declare that I will be bound by the information recorded, the suitable product recommended in the suitability form and the Benefit Illustration details of the selected product, in the same manner and to the same extent as if I had physically signed and submitted the suitability form and the Benefit Illustration of the selected product. I further agree to not misuse/disseminate any information including personal data/customer data (Confidential Information) received pursuant to usage of this platform. I agree to keep all such Confidential Information with utmost care and be compliant with applicable laws and policies of the Company. In case I fail to ensure compliance, appropriate proceedings may be initiated against me and I shall be liable to indemnify the Company for the same.
